These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services of American Western Lawn and Landscape LLC ("American Western Lawn & Landscape," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide lawn care, landscaping, fertilization and weed control, and seasonal services, including holiday lighting, in the Edmond and Oklahoma City metro area. Quotes are based on the information you provide and the conditions we observe on site; final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

2. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile number and opting in on our website form, or by texting us, you consent to receive text messages from American Western Lawn & Landscape. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, quote follow-ups, customer service communications, and, if you opted in to marketing, special offers and promotions.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. Some services, such as holiday lighting installation, may require a deposit before scheduling. Late payments may be subject to a late fee or suspension of service.

4. Scheduling and Weather

Service dates may shift due to weather, ground conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you of changes as early as possible.

5. Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the property on scheduled service days and to let us know about irrigation lines, pet waste, underground utilities, or other hazards. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, misuse, or interfere with the website or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
